Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods, such as sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times Most orders arrive within 11–15 business days of placing your order. Please note that this is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to local carrier performance, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs We ship to all US states. Shipping is free on every order.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to become active. If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at caklo.store@gmail.com.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us at caklo.store@gmail.com within 24 hours and we will do our best to help before your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Packages If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, or your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at caklo.store@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or find a suitable solution.
