Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to become active. If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at caklo.store@gmail.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Caklo has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Packages

Damaged Items
