This store is operated by AtlasPike LLC, trading as Caklo ("Caklo", "we", "us", "our").

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at caklo.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with the next steps and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at caklo.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including items on final sale and personalized or custom-made products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided it has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
